Online Utility Payments
Payments processed by Wix will take 3-5 days to be received by the city office. Late fees are charged on payments received in the office after the 15th of the month, not necessarily when payment is made to WIX.
Service Fees are applied upon checkout through WIX.
CSG Fort Utility Payments

Payments processed by forte take 24-48 hours before they are received in the city office. Late fees are charged on payments received in the office after the 15th of the month; not necessarily when payment is made to forte.
To avoid the $20.00 late fee, please ensure that your payment is received in the office before the close of business on the 15th of each month. Any payment received after the close of business on the 15th will incur a $20.00 late fee. If your payment is in the mail or being processed electronically but has not yet arrived in the office or the bank by the close of regular business hours on the 15th, you will also be charged a late fee. Additionally, please note that the drop slot on the front of the building is collected once a day upon my arrival. It will not be collected again until the next business day.
